Spotless hotel, brand-new rooms, incredibly convenient and absolutely perfect location within 10 minutes walking distance from downtown. Smooth check-in, late check-out, extremely helpful staff. Location just next door to main business area, and the restaurant. Also, easy to get to Gemini Bridges. Really unforgettable stay on our cross country road trip passing through Moab, no complains at all.

Centrally located convenient to all the local attractions, appreciated this place. Got beautifully decorated and nicely updated room with stunningly beautiful views of surrounding mountains and central heating, pay television, and a microwave oven.

We got a room with a bathtub. Central heating, a safe box, and cable TV with on-demand movies were a nice touch. The hotel was centrally placed.

Everything was simply modern. The hotel was exceptionally clean with comfy and peaceful location close to national parks and modern rooms. The property was centrally situated short walk to restaurants in Moab as well as downtown Moab stores and restaurants. Plus, Grand County Civic Center was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Our rooms were spotless and brand-new, with king bed. The property was centrally situated a 10-15 minute walking distance from Valley Shopping Center. We liked the hotel and will come back.

Recently refurbished hotel with extremely helpful staff, it is centrally located close to the center of Moab, downtown shops and restaurants and the downtown.

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to both the national parks and downtown Moab. It's just a short 5-10 minute drive to Arches National Park, and also close to the bustling main street of the city. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. And the breakfast offers a nice variety of delicious options, including local specialties like green chili peppers to spice up your morning meal.

The air conditioning units in some rooms can be noisy and in need of repair.

Good location close to Moab restaurants and National Parks

We stayed 2 nights and our room did not get cleaned after the first night. Also, we didn't like that we could not open the windows--the fresh air at night would have been much better than air conditioned air for sleeping.

At close range to Arches national park

Convenient location, friendly staff, and exceptionally clean rooms. Special seal to show thorough cleaning. Good breakfast with many options and welcoming staff. Ongoing renovation, resulting in new and comfortable rooms.

Very noisy. We were able to hear people in the rooms beside and and above us.

The room, the staff and facilities are gorgeois. The hotel in general looks as new.and contemporary.

The breakfast offered a higher quality than most hotel breakfasts, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, cooked meals, and delicious pastries. The staff, especially the guys running the kitchen, were kind, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure every table had what they needed. The hotel's location in this hot desert city was convenient, being close to downtown and all the local attractions, including the national parks.
